Our Hosting Services Include Domain Registration, Performance Web Hosting, Cloud VPS Servers, And Dedicated Servers. The Following Terms Apply:

• Domain Registration: Domains Are Registered On Your Behalf And Subject To ICANN Policies. Domain Fees Are Non-Refundable.
• Shared Hosting: Resources Are Shared Among Multiple Users. Abuse Of Resources May Result In Suspension.
• Cloud VPS And Dedicated Servers: You Are Responsible For Server Security, Software Updates, And Compliance With Our AUP.
• Backups: While We Provide Backup Options, You Are Ultimately Responsible For Your Data.
• Free Tools: WHOIS Lookup, DNS Lookup, IP Lookup, And SSL Checker Tools Are Provided As-Is Without Warranty.

Marketing Services

Our Digital Marketing Services Include SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, Email Marketing, AI-Powered Marketing, And Paid Advertising. The Following Terms Apply:

• No Guaranteed Results: Marketing Results Depend On Various Factors Beyond Our Control. We Do Not Guarantee Specific Rankings, Traffic, Or Conversion Rates.
• Ad Spend Responsibility: For Paid Advertising (Google Ads, Social Media Ads), You Are Responsible For Ad Spend Budgets Directly With The Platforms.
• Content Ownership: Content Created For Your Campaigns Becomes Your Property Upon Full Payment, Unless Otherwise Agreed.
• AI-Generated Content: AI Content Creation And Marketing Automation Services May Use Third-Party AI Platforms Subject To Their Terms.
• Compliance: All Marketing Activities Must Comply With Platform Policies And Applicable Laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, Etc.).

Development Services

Our Development Services Include Web Development (Landing Pages, WordPress, Custom Solutions), E-Commerce Solutions (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce), Mobile App Development (iOS, Android, Flutter, React Native), And Backend Development (PHP/Laravel, Python/Django, Node.js). The Following Terms Apply:

• Project Scope: All Projects Are Governed By A Separate Statement Of Work (SOW) That Defines Deliverables, Timeline, And Payment Terms.
• Code Ownership: Custom Code Becomes Your Property Upon Full Payment. Pre-Existing Libraries And Frameworks Remain Under Their Original Licenses.
• Third-Party Licenses: Projects May Include Third-Party Plugins, Themes, Or APIs Subject To Their Own Terms And Licensing Fees.
• Warranty Period: Bug Fixes Are Provided Free Of Charge For 30 Days After Project Completion. New Features Or Changes Are Billed Separately.
• WHMCS Modules: Custom WHMCS Addons And Modules Are Licensed Per Installation Unless Otherwise Specified.

Software Products

Multilat Offers Various Software Products Including Cut Out Image, Render Bakery, FullStack Crew, Sendsfer, Desk Optic, Multilat Feed, And WHMCS Tools (Hetzner Cloud, Hetzner Robot, cPanel Hostname Rewriter). The Following Terms Apply:

• License Grant: Upon Purchase, You Receive A Non-Exclusive, Non-Transferable License To Use The Software According To The Specific Product License Terms.
• SaaS Products: Subscription-Based Products Are Billed Recurring And Access Is Contingent On Active Subscription.
• Updates And Support: Product Updates And Support Are Provided According To Each Product's Support Policy, Typically For One Year After Purchase.
• Prohibited Uses: You May Not Reverse Engineer, Redistribute, Or Resell Our Software Products Without Written Authorization.
• Service Availability: We Strive For High Availability But Do Not Guarantee 100% Uptime For SaaS Products.

Payment Terms

Shared Hosting - 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

• New Shared Hosting Accounts Are Eligible For A Full Refund Within 30 Days Of Initial Purchase.
• The Money-Back Guarantee Applies Only To Hosting Fees, Not Domain Registrations, SSL Certificates, Or Other Add-Ons.
• Refund Requests Must Be Submitted Via Support Ticket Within The 30-Day Period.
• Accounts Terminated For AUP Violations Are Not Eligible For Refunds.
• Renewals And Upgrades Are Not Covered By The Money-Back Guarantee.

Domain Registration - Non-Refundable

• Domain Registration Fees Are Non-Refundable Once The Domain Has Been Registered With The Registry.
• Domain Transfers, Renewals, And Privacy Protection Fees Are Also Non-Refundable.
• Failed Domain Registrations Due To Registry Rejection Will Be Refunded In Full.

Cloud VPS And Dedicated Servers - Commitment-Based

• VPS And Dedicated Server Services Are Billed For The Full Billing Cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Annually) And Are Non-Refundable Once Provisioned.
• Server Resources Are Allocated Immediately Upon Order, Incurring Infrastructure Costs That Cannot Be Recovered.
• Early Cancellation Does Not Entitle You To A Prorated Refund For The Remaining Billing Period.
• Annual Or Multi-Year Plans Must Complete The Full Term. Early Termination May Incur A Fee Equal To The Discount Received.
• Service Credits May Be Issued For Extended Downtime As Per Our SLA, But Not As Cash Refunds.

Marketing Services - Work-Based Refunds

• Marketing Services (SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Paid Advertising) Involve Dedicated Personnel And Third-Party Costs That Begin Immediately Upon Project Start.
• Before Work Begins: Full Refund Available If Cancelled Before Any Work Has Commenced.
• After Work Begins: Partial Refund May Be Available Based On Work Not Yet Completed, Minus Administrative Fees.
• Ad Spend And Third-Party Costs: Any Advertising Spend, Software Subscriptions, Or Third-Party Fees Incurred On Your Behalf Are Non-Refundable.
• Retainer-Based Services Require 30 Days Written Notice For Cancellation. Unused Hours Do Not Roll Over Or Qualify For Refund.

Development Services - Milestone-Based

• Development Projects (Web, Mobile, E-Commerce, Custom Software) Are Governed By The Project's Statement Of Work (SOW) Which Defines Milestones And Payment Terms.
• Deposits And Initial Payments: Project Deposits Are Non-Refundable As They Reserve Developer Time And Resources.
• Milestone Payments: Payments For Completed Milestones Are Non-Refundable. Partial Refunds May Apply To Incomplete Milestones.
• Client-Initiated Cancellation: If You Cancel A Project, You Are Responsible For Payment Of All Work Completed Up To The Cancellation Date.
• Scope Changes: Additional Work Outside The Original Scope Is Billed Separately And Non-Refundable.

Software Products And Licenses

• Downloadable Software: Once A Software Product Has Been Downloaded Or License Key Activated, It Is Non-Refundable.
• SaaS Subscriptions: Monthly Subscriptions May Be Cancelled At Any Time But Are Not Refunded For The Current Billing Period.
• Annual Subscriptions: Annual Plans Are Non-Refundable After 14 Days From Purchase. Refund Requests Within 14 Days Are Subject To A 20% Administrative Fee.
• WHMCS Modules: Licensed Per Installation And Non-Refundable After License Key Delivery.

How To Request A Refund

Intellectual Property

All Content, Trademarks, And Materials On Our Website Are The Property Of Multilat Or Its Licensors. You May Not Copy, Reproduce, Distribute, Or Create Derivative Works Without Our Express Written Permission. Your Content Remains Your Property, But You Grant Us A License To Use It For Service Provision.

Data Backup And Loss

While We Perform Regular Backups, You Are Solely Responsible For Maintaining Your Own Backups Of Your Data. We Are Not Liable For Any Data Loss Or Corruption. We Recommend Maintaining Off-Site Backups Of All Critical Data.

Termination

We May Terminate Or Suspend Your Account Immediately:

• For Violation Of These Terms
• For Non-Payment Of Fees
• Upon Your Request
• If Required By Law

Upon Termination, Your Right To Use The Services Will Immediately Cease. You Must Download Your Data Before Termination As We Are Not Obligated To Retain It.

Limitation Of Liability

To The Maximum Extent Permitted By Law, Multilat Shall Not Be Liable For Any Indirect, Incidental, Special, Consequential, Or Punitive Damages, Including Lost Profits, Data Loss, Or Business Interruption. Our Total Liability Shall Not Exceed The Amount Paid By You For The Services In The Last 12 Months.

Disclaimer

Our Services Are Provided "As Is" And "As Available" Without Any Warranties Of Any Kind, Either Express Or Implied. We Do Not Warrant That The Services Will Be Uninterrupted, Error-Free, Or Completely Secure.

Governing Law

These Terms Shall Be Governed By And Construed In Accordance With The Laws Of Bangladesh, Without Regard To Its Conflict Of Law Provisions. Any Disputes Shall Be Resolved In The Courts Of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

Changes To Terms

We Reserve The Right To Modify These Terms At Any Time. Changes Will Be Posted On This Page With An Updated "Last Updated" Date. Continued Use Of Our Services After Changes Constitutes Acceptance Of The Modified Terms.
